By submitting player data, ratings, or any other content, you grant PrimeRatings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the service. You confirm the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
4. Accuracy of Ratings
Player ratings on PrimeRatings are community-generated estimates and AI-assisted approximations for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not represent official rankings and should not be used for commercial, scouting, or contractual decisions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: submit false or misleading data, harass other users, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, use automated tools to scrape data at scale without permission, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The PrimeRatings brand, design, code, and original content are owned by PrimeRatings. Player names, historical facts, and statistics are in the public domain or attributed to their respective sources.
7. Limitation of Liability
PrimeRatings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
