How It Works

From submission to verified profile — the full pipeline.

01

A player is added

Any registered user can add a player to the database. They provide the name, nationality, position(s), and birth year. The player enters a "pending" state until verified.

02

Seasons are submitted

Ratings are entered season by season — one rating per year per player. Each season is tied to a league and includes an overall rating between 40 and 99.

03

AI validation

Our AI pipeline cross-references the submitted rating against historical data, comparable players from the same era, and statistical records. Outlier ratings are flagged for review.

04

Community review

Flagged ratings are surfaced to experienced contributors who can confirm, adjust, or reject them. Verified contributors earn XP and climb the leaderboard.

05

Profile goes live

Once a player has at least one verified season, their profile is published. Peak rating, career average, and a full season chart are displayed publicly.

06

Continuous improvement

Ratings can always be updated as new information surfaces or community consensus shifts. The history of changes is tracked.
