When you register, we collect your email address and a display name. If you submit player data or ratings, that content is stored and associated with your account.
How we use your data
Your email is used for authentication and service communications only. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be used to improve the platform.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your theme choice. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.
Third-party services
PrimeRatings uses Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies. Player images are served from Wikimedia Commons.
Data retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Player submissions you have made will be anonymised rather than deleted to preserve database integrity.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
Passwords are hashed. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply row-level security policies so users can only modify their own submissions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
